Hi, I just wanted to send a quick email to let you know how delightful and polite your pupils were at Winchester Science Centre today. I was visiting there with my two year old and on multiple occasions your pupils readily stopped what they were doing on an exhibit and offered it to my toddler. It was such a breath of fresh air to see such polite children behaving in a way I’d be proud of if it were my own children. Having been a teacher before having my own children I know how much hard work goes into a visit and how exhausting it can be so I just wanted to take the time to let you know that your children were a credit to you and your school.

I just wanted to drop a note (and please pass this on to Mrs White/Mrs Marsden) to say how amazingly polite, friendly and courteous all the pupils I came across yesterday were. It was my first time helping out with reading and I was so impressed with all the pupils that held open doors for me, said hello and just were friendly and polite. They ranged in age from year 1 up to year 6. You should be very proud of them all.

Burpham is a good school.i really liked the way the teachers recieve kids early morning and evening when parents come to pick them.the idea of giving children an assignment to read to their parents is awesome.i normally visit the Uk around Nov-late Jan and live with a family that has a child at burpham primary but I really like what you do.

Reception Westcourt Trip -28th March 2018 Just wanted to express how well behaved the children were on their visit to Westcourt this morning. A few of the ladies i spoke to said how lovely it was to meet some of the children that attend the local school, they were very impressed by how they interacted and had fun joining in with their activities. Well done to all the children in Puffins and wrens, teachers and helpers. Sue (Daniels mum)

Just wanted to mention that Charlie came home so excited about the Quiz they did at Swallows today and was especially grateful that he was allowed to participate after football. I will mention to the Swallows Team when I see them but I also wanted to share with the broader team to say how much we appreciate extra efforts in engaging and entertaining the kids at Swallows. The ladies really do do an exceptional job. > > Thank you! > > Ali and Simon Fisher

Thanks for having me this morning. I just wanted to feedback to you and say how wonderfully behaved I thought all the children were. They were so full of enthusiasm and were brilliant at responding to instructions. An absolute delight leading workshops for them! Thanks again! Ana Richardson Producer and Teacher at Perform

As Link Tutor for a number of our students on Teaching Practice at your school I have constantly been impressed by the wonderful atmosphere there is in the school and how supportive and encouraging everyone is. The students have always said so too and have certainly thrived here which is down to the warmth and care of the whole school family. Thank you!

I am a specialist teacher who has worked one-to-one with a child at Burpham for a couple of years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The ladies in the office are lovely - they are always very friendly and happy to help. Everyone else at the school with whom I have come into contact has been similarly wonderful! There is a happy, busy atmosphere at Burpham.

Thank you for inviting us parents in to view our children in their Maths lesson on Friday. It was inspiring to see how much more interesting and interactive Maths lessons are for our children compared to when we were at school! I am sure that using more hands on methods and tools really helps the younger children understand Maths concepts and theories. They really seemed to be enjoying their Maths lesson which is a great achievement by the teachers and the school.
