Let's Celebrate!

At Burpham, we have lots to celebrate! This page is a place to recognise those who really go 'over and above'.

Throughout the year, children may be invited to join our Headteacher for a hot chocolate. Children can be nominated by any adult in the school for any reason, as long as they have demonstrated something brilliant!

This week the following children were nominated for a hot chocolate:

Ava from Wrens for always listening and doing her best at everything!

Denzin from Nightingales for being kind, patient and helpful.  He has great ideas and is keen to join in everything!

Arushan from Owls for always being ready, respectful and safe.

Olivia from Woodpeckers for showing great resilience in her learning.  Olivia listens to feedback and takes it on board well!

Ellis from Falcons for working really hard, especially in English.

Florence from Kestrels for trying hard in everything over the last two weeks.

Alex from Eagles for really putting in lots of effort, it is showing in his work!

Amelia from Ospreys for working hard and always striving to do her best.

Aimee from Eagles for working hard and making fantastic progress in Maths.

Check out the gallery below  to see a small selection of images from our whole school reward afternoon.  Children joined in activities across the school as a reward for all the Burpham points earned last term. There was lots on offer for the children to choose from ranging from chess, Lego, dancing, construction, den building, PE, coding and more. A well-deserved and fun afternoon was had by all!
