FOOTBALL

Excellent team spirit and resilience over a solid hour of continuous matches and a goal scored just in time, in the final playoff, to come 3rd. 

HOCKEY

Burpham dominated their games winning 3-0, 3-0, 2-0, 2-0. They played fantastically as a team, effectively communicating about strategy and noticing where others were on the pitch. Their skills have noticeably developed thanks to the lunchtime club with Mrs Rowan.

Some excellent work from Year 6, as always.  They became reporters and wrote their very own headline with a fairy tale theme!

Supporting Learning at Home

Homework is set weekly on both Mondays (English & Maths) and Thursdays (Comprehension).

In the event of school closure...

On rare occasions, it may be necessary to close the school. This may be due to adverse weather conditions or perhaps when essential school services cannot be provided –e.g. heating, plumbing or water.  

Please refer to the School’s Bad Weather Policy on our website for information regarding how we communicate a school closure. 

Class teachers will then initiate home school learning activities, and these will be available to children by 10am of the same morning.
